You can download and install this application from the Google’s Android play store. This application is a very simple way of keeping a list of contacts that you don’t want to allow to contact you using your number.

You can simply launch the app and then add the contacts that you wish to put on the reject list in the Blacklist tab. You can add numbers to this list through your contacts, calls log, message log or you can also add numbers manually. That is it, those numbers that you added under the blacklist tab won’t be able to contact you.
